HM has developed a strong partnership with three On-line Benefit and Communication companies, as well as our strategic partnership with Zywave. Unlike some of our competitors who utilize in-house systems and charge costly fees for implementation and ongoing administration, HM offers these services through our vendor partners at little to no cost. These services include:
the creation of customized communication pieces to your employees
an online portal (HR Connection) for our clients
web-based, face to face or call center enrollment services
full integration of data to all carriers
Many of our clients have utilized the HR Connection portal through Zywave to integrate all aspects of electronic enrollment activities. As an alternative approach, we suggest considering the value of creating a partnership whereby all implementation and most ongoing administration costs are offset by an Enrollment Communication company in return for their ability to promote voluntary worksite benefits of your choosing. The net result is a program whereby all employees receive customized benefit booklets, allowing for informed decisions in advance of actual elections. Integrated electronic, call center, and dependent audit programs are included within these costs. Premium reconciliation, billing, and other services are available at an additional nominal fee per participant.
